Anthony is a commercial litigator licensed to practice law in the State of Florida and the Southern District of Florida. His practice is devoted to the representation of individuals and entities experiencing denials or underpayments from their insurance company. His clients include professionals with E&O and D&O coverage, businesses with any line of commercial insurance coverage, as well health care providers, behavioral health systems, and other entities that have obtained the rights to reimbursement on a health insurance claim through assignment. In addition to litigating insurance coverage and non-payment issues, Anthony often litigates directly against insurance companies alleging bad faith and violations of Florida’s Deceptive and Unfair Trade Practices Act.
